Live-In Junior Nanny Wanted – Near Bristol & Bath (Full-Time, Short-Term Placement)

Hi there,
We’re looking for a friendly, and kind live-in nanny to join our lovely family in the countryside, just outside of Bristol and Bath.

We are looking for someone to join us temporarily for three months over the summer starting ASAP, but this could turn into a permanent position beyond this. We're looking for someone to help us care for our three gorgeous boys – aged 17 months, 4 and 6 – with a particular focus on the youngest during the day, and wrap-around support for the older two after school.

Role Details:
• Monday to Friday
• 10–12 hours per day (flexibility within this is appreciated)
• Live-in only (please only apply if you’re looking for a live-in position)
• Help with breakfast, engage in play/learning activities or outings with our youngest, keeping the play areas clean and organised, simple meal prep for the children, support with bedtime routine.
• 1 evening per week babysitting
• Potential for occasional travel with us during school holidays
• We’d love your help with a bit of light tidying around the children’s things and daily routines.
• Start date: ASAP

The Children:
The eldest two are in full-time education, they don't get home until 5:45pm on most evenings in term time. They’re happy, loving, full of energy, and they do get on amazingly well (most of the time ??). Our youngest naps for ~2.5 hours a day, so this gives the opportunity to break the hours in the day potentially.

Driving is essential:
We live 25 minutes from Bath/Bristol in a well-connected countryside village – you’ll need to be able to drive for school runs or pickups from time to time (though I try to do the school run where possible!).

About Us:
We’re a fun, loving family with three young boys (17 months, 4, and 6) who are full of energy and affection. Life is busy, but full of laughter, we love good food, travelling, spending time outdoors, and making memories together. We live in a beautiful countryside village just outside of Bristol and Bath, with plenty of space, fresh air, and animals in the paddocks. We’ve had live-in help before and always aim to create a warm, respectful home where you truly feel like part of the family.

About You:
• You’ll need childcare experience, though no formal nanny experience required
• A kind, practical, and patient approach – someone who’s happy to be part of our family for a while
• Confident driver with a full license
• A sense of humour always helps – especially around bathtime!

Salary:
Negotiable depending on experience.
