Live-in Governess/Nanny – Dubai with International Travel
On behalf of our client, a distinguished UHNW family based in Dubai, for a highly experienced and engaging Governess/Nanny to care for 4 children. This is a long-term, full-time position requiring flexibility to travel regularly with the family to the UK, USA, and Europe.
The successful candidate will join a fully staffed household and will work collaboratively with another experienced nanny who supports the care of all four children.

The ideal candidate will bring:
Extensive UHNW household experience, ideally within fully staffed residences.
A structured yet nurturing approach to childcare, balancing discipline with warmth.
The ability to guide and manage routines, homework, and occasional challenging behaviours with calm authority and patience.
Fluency in French and English

This role requires a professional who can foster a stimulating environment, encourage independence, and adapt to the needs of each child at their respective developmental stages.

Package & Benefits:
Salary: €3,500 (net) per month
