A professional, hands-on, and hardworking family is seeking a fun, energetic, and engaging nanny/manny to join their team, replacing a long-term and trusted manny who is leaving for a career change.

The role requires structured yet flexible support, managing the children’s schoolwork, schedules, and activities, while also incorporating fun, engaging experiences into their daily routine.

The ideal candidate will be a big sibling/confidante-type figure, offering support in a long-term capacity. Previous mannnies/nannies have come from security and martial arts backgrounds, but the family is open to various profiles—as long as they are fun, engaging, and truly interested in the children's world.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support & mentor the children in a fun and engaging way.
- Manage schoolwork and educational support while making learning enjoyable.
- Incorporate creative and active activities into their daily routine.
- Ensure consistency in schedules and routines for a structured environment.
- Facilitate travel during school holidays as part of a rota system.
- Provide general family support and be an adaptable presence in a busy household.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a professional or mentoring capacity.
- A fun, engaging, and energetic personality, with a genuine interest in the children’s world.
- Confident driver (family car provided).
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and flexible schedule.
- Comfortable with travel during school holidays (rota-based).
- A proactive and responsible attitude, with the ability to offer long-term support.

Additional Details:
- The role primarily focuses on the older children, as the youngest (age 3) has their own nanny.
