Hello! We are Leni and Johannes, a kind, music-loving, and easygoing family living in Vienna with our three young children (ages 4, almost 3, and 1), and a fourth baby on the way in December 2025. We also share our home with our friendly little Dachshund.

We are looking for a gentle, experienced, and reliable live-in housekeeper-nanny who is a native English speaker, ideally with a Montessori background or interest, to support us in caring for our children and keeping our home running smoothly. A Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

We deeply love our children and it’s very important to us that they are well cared for in a respectful, warm, and stimulating environment. Our home is relaxed and loving, and we value clear communication, mutual respect, and emotional connection.

Your role would include:

Childcare & Development (Montessori-inspired):
• Speaking with the children exclusively in English to support natural language learning
• Creating calm, engaging routines and activities that encourage independence and creativity
• Organising age-appropriate outings, playdates, and activities
• Keeping children’s spaces tidy, toys clean, and clothes organised
• Helping with general care (like bathing), while encouraging children to dress and do things for themselves
• Supporting social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and loving presence

Household & Family Support:
• Preparing healthy meals for the whole family
• Taking care of light housekeeping duties related to the children and shared areas
• Keeping the home environment organised and calm
• Occasionally joining us on holidays (if mutually agreed)

About You:
• Native English speaker
• Experienced with children under 5
• Kind, calm, respectful, and genuinely enjoys being with children
• Familiar with (or curious to learn about) Montessori principles
• Able to cook healthy meals and contribute to a smooth daily routine
• Looking for a live-in role and ideally seeking a long-term connection with a family
• Comfortable in a household that includes a small, loving dog
