Role Summary;
An UHNW family in Dubai seeks a highly experienced and educated Nanny/Governess to focus on the developmental needs of a 1 year-old baby boy. The role is development-led, with additional support staff in place for physical care. Ideal for a Montessori-trained or nursery background candidate passionate about early years’ education and long-term growth.

Responsibilities;
- Plan and lead age-appropriate developmental activities
- Create a stimulating, nursery-like environment at home
- Recommend books, toys, and nutrition
- Track and align activities with developmental milestones
- Encourage language acquisition (multilingual preferred)
- Work collaboratively with existing medical and childcare staff
- Cover occasional night shifts if needed

Qualifications & Skills;
- Degree or certification in Early Years, Child Psychology, or Montessori
- English-speaking with a clear accent; German or other language a plus
- Experience in nurseries or educational childcare settings
- Confident, hands-on, and deeply invested in the child’s growth
- Long-term commitment essential
