Live-In Nanny – London & Miami – Long-Term Role (£500/week)

We’re a vibrant, warm, and fun-loving family seeking an energetic, dedicated live-in nanny to join us long-term and become a cherished part of our household. If you’re passionate about children, highly organized, and confident managing multiple children at once, we’d love to meet you!


Our family splits time between lively London and sunny Miami, living in fabulous communities in both cities that offer a unique experience—from vibrant city life to sunny coastal charm. This role is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for someone spirited and eager to embrace a dynamic lifestyle across two exciting locations.


?? About the Role
• Location: London, UK, and Miami, USA (must be comfortable with international travel)
• Schedule: 6 days per week, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Salary: £550 per week (live-in, with accommodation and food provided)
• Start Date: As soon as we find the perfect fit
• Perks: Private accommodation, meals included, and the chance to live in fabulous communities in two vibrant cities


?? About Our Family
• We have four children, aged 4 and under (three attend school during the day).
• Mum is a hands-on parent, deeply involved with the children, especially our youngest.
• Father is very hand on
• Our full-time live-in housekeeper handles most cleaning, so you can focus entirely on the children (please do clear up after yourself)
• Our home is joyful, harmonious, and filled with love—we’re looking for someone upbeat and positive who shares our values and wants to truly belong.


? About You
• Full of energy, playful, and confident in caring for multiple young children simultaneously.
• Highly organized, able to manage schedules and child-related tasks efficiently.
• A confident driver with a valid license for school runs.
• Able to prepare simple, healthy meals and family-style dinners for the kids.
• Excited about international travel and living between London and Miami.
• Committed to a long-term role, eager to grow with our family.
• Passionate about nurturing children, fostering kindness, and supporting their emotional and social development.
• Warm, patient, and dedicated to teaching manners and encouraging positive behavior.


?? Key Responsibilities
• Handle the school run (morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up) for our three eldest children.
• help Prepare healthy meals and family-style dinners.
• Spend some quality time with our 8 month baby, Rio, including walks to feed the ducks, playground visits, and baby classes.
• Organize engaging indoor activities (e.g., arts and crafts, reading, phonics, painting, ABC learning).
• Plan exciting outdoor activities (e.g., soft play, playdates, swimming and playground in our building. beach trips).
• Keep child-related tasks organized, including schedules, supplies, and activity planning.
• Assist the housekeeper with children’s laundry as needed.
