Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 50–55 hours per week (flexible)

Location: Baker Street / Regent’s Park, London
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 gross per annum (dependent on skills, experience, and previous earnings)
Start: End of April / Early May

We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and highly professional career nanny to provide full-time care for a baby boy aged 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with two full-time professional parents who are looking for a nanny to take over from the maternity nurse and provide sole-charge care. The ideal nanny will be developmentally focused, highly experienced in supporting infants through key milestones, and able to work in partnership with hands-on parents.

You will be responsible for supporting the baby’s daily routine, ensuring a varied and enriching schedule, including plenty of reading, age-appropriate stimulation, and outings such as walks, visits to galleries and museums, and suitable classes and activities. Key duties include: Dressing and preparing him for the day, arranging and accompanying him to age-appropriate activities, sleep training and supporting nap routines, assisting with feeding and sterilising bottles, managing bath and bedtime routines. Babysitting as required by arrangement. Ensuring his overall happiness, wellbeing, and development

The ideal nanny will have a warm and nurturing approach with a genuine passion for supporting infants and helping them reach their milestones. Both parents work full-time in the city and travel frequently. While flexibility is appreciated for occasional early starts or later finishes, the family is happy to offer flexibility in return with with some later starts or earlier finish times on days that they may work from a home office.

Although travel with the family is not essential, a nanny who enjoys travelling would be a welcome addition. A confident driver would be preferred but is not essential. Professional childcare qualifications are desirable
