Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Provide daily care, supervision, and companionship for Ocean.
• Support her with routines, meals, play, and sensory activities.
• Help encourage her social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Create a calm, sensory-friendly environment that meets her needs.
• Work closely with our family to maintain structure and consistency.
• Assist with basic childcare needs, such as meal preparation.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience working with children with autism or special needs.
• A gentle, patient, and nurturing approach.
• Ability to create a structured, predictable, and positive environment.
• Comfortable adapting to sensory sensitivities and individual needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with Ocean at her level.
• A clean and full driving license is required.
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
• Ability to provide references and background checks.
