Kind international family is looking for a fluent German speaking nanny / nanny-educator to nurture their 18 month old daughter. Both parents work full time full time.

The family is relocating from London to Beaconfield and are therefore looking for a new nanny, as it is too far for their current nanny, who is Really wonderful, to be able to commute to.

Taking baby to the park and baby groups, setting up fun, interesting and educational activities both indoors and out. You are happy to get down on the floor and play. Arranging 2 way playdates. You will have knowledge of early childhood development, ideally.
You will have experience with babies and toddlers and preschoolers, guiding them through the developmental stages. You will be a proactive and organised self-starter. Good, clear communication is important as the parents want to have a good relationship with their nanny.

The family is looking for an April start date and for a short hand-over with their nanny who will be leaving.
The family has chosen to engage a nanny rather than send their daughter to nursery as they find it far more bespoke and personal.

Hours are :
7am til 7pm Mon-Wed
and on Thursdays and Fridays they only need a half day. They are flexible, but would like 1 afternoon and 1 morning.
Total hours are approx 44 pw

Nanny is not required to travel with the family.
A nanny who drives would be greatly preferred.


Requirements
Lives within commutable distance of Beaconsfield (Beaconfield is a very lovely town in a beautiful part of the county, close to London)
Previous sole care experience of a baby/ toddler
Outdoorsy, active nanny, with lots of initiative and energy. Trustworthy and reliable.
Up to date Enhanced DBS
Recent Paediatric First Aid certificate
Right to work in UK
Good references for recent and relevant nanny or childcare work
Able to easily run after small children
Be able to engage in play at floor level for extended periods of time and get up from the floor quickly.
Fluent German or English
