Lovely international family based ten minutes’ drive from Madrid, in La Moraleja, are looking for an experienced nanny to join their family of 5. The family is comprised of two adults and three children aged between 6 and 8 years who attend the nearby international school. The family and children are trilingual (English, Spanish and French): the ideal nanny will speak English and Spanish fluently in order to assist the children with their homework and prep and communicate with the school and teachers regularly. The role is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 7pm approximately, the family can accommodate a live in nanny albeit offering a single room with an ensuite bathroom: the nanny can also be live out and decide to either live in during the week to avoid commuting, or be based nearby and travel to work daily. The family are building a new home which will be available in the next few years (schooling and social structures will remain the same after the move as the new home is just round the corner from their current location). The children have full schedules and enjoy outdoors pursuit and sports: the nanny will assist with the smooth running of the daily activities and share the workload with Mum.
This is a fully staffed household, everyone works together however in order to ensure the family and household is supported appropriately. The role will suit an engaging, bubbly and educationally-driven nanny who can ensure stability in the children’ lives.
A driver a must given the location. The family has recently relocated from London, and aims to retain a similar structure in their new home. The family would also consider an afterschool nanny with pm focus.

Amongst the duties:
• Monday to Friday, 7:30a to 7pm approx.
• Morning routine, school runs if required or shared with Mum
• Nursery duties, in summer period the focus will be on the children therefore the HK team members will help and assist with this
• Ensure rooms are tidy and equipment is functional
• Assist with extracurricular activities and follow social and academic engagements (sports, tutors)
• Work alongside domestic couple and live out Housekeeper
• Drive children

Skillset sought:
• Eligible to work in Spain/EU
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Located in the Madrid area and within commutable distance if live out
• Engaging, dedicated, educationally -driven
• Experienced with Multiples and full of energy!
• Lover of the outdoors and sports
• Competent driver

Salary and benefit: €42,000 gross per annum, €711 net per week approx. Single room with ensuite if required (small but neat, photograph provided)
