LIVE IN or LIVE OUT (if within an easy commute) driving nanny for a down to earth, easy-going family with previous experience working with babies and toddlers.

The family are looking for someone kind, experienced and energetic, who would like a long term, sole charge position looking after 3 young children ages B3, B2 and G4 weeks old.

The boys are in full time nursery from 9am – 3/330pm and the focus will be on the baby, however the nanny will have sole charge of both all 3children out of school hours.

The family are open to either a LIVE-IN or LIVE OUT nanny. Live-in candidates are offered a lovely en suite bedroom set away from the rest of the family on the ground floor with access to a back entrance allowing for more privacy. The start date for a live-in candidate would be towards August as the family are currently having building works done to their home.

We are looking for a loving, active nanny who is a confident driver and has excellent previous experience with babies and primary school ages. Someone who understands all the important milestones including weaning and potty training and who can continue with daytime and evening routines and encourage learning and curiosity through play.

The right fit is someone who has a genuine love for children and their development, someone who can support them with their social, educational, physical and emotional developmental milestones in a fun and engaging way.

The nanny should be a self-starter who can take initiative, someone who loves being outdoors and nature, someone who loves animals (the family have a Labrador as well as sheep and horses on their property) someone energetic and has ability to be lots of fun. The nanny should be outgoing and enjoy taking the baby to lots of local classes and enjoy socialising with local nannies and babies of a similar age and in school holidays take sole charge of all 3 children.

The family would love to have their nanny feel like part of the family and travel with the family to their second home in France (during ski season) and join them in the summer holidays abroad – a confident swimmer is important and a skier is a bonus but not essential.


It is important for the nanny to have clear communication skills as well as a calm and positive attitude, and who can be both caring and nurturing but also firm and someone who understands safety is paramount.

We are looking for someone who enjoys cooking a wide variety of fresh, healthy meals, someone who is confident in the kitchen and experienced with weaning and happy to introduce new flavours and cuisines.
