We are looking for a caring, organised, and knowledgeable full-time qualified nanny with at least 8 years’ experience working with babies from 7 months to support first time parents who work full time. The parents are both professional, like to be involved, and supportive and would like to find a long-term nanny who can support them with caring for their gorgeous baby daughter. She is 7 months old (born October 2023) and is in a very good, structured routine.

They would like a nanny who genuinely loves her job, is interested in early years development and is passionate about working with babies and toddlers. They value a nanny who can likes to actively engage with babies and young children and who deeply cares about supporting their development and enriching them.

Their ideal candidate would have relevant qualifications in early childhood development and can manage their daughter’s development in terms of her physical and mental abilities. The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of care, including feeding/weaning, bathing, nursery duties and devising a set of activities to support child development. They are particularly excited to work with a nanny that is also a keen educator. You should enjoy and proactively suggest activities for the baby such as crafts, reading, physical development etc. and take her to baby classes. They also value a Montessori approach and someone who has worked with International families.

LOCATION: Kensington, W8 - Moving to Highbury & Islington, N1 in March 2025

START: End of May/June (open to a later start date for the right person)

DAYS: Monday to Friday

HOURS: TOTAL = 53-55 PER WEEK 8 am – 7 pm (option to finish at 5pm on a Friday)

PAY: Excellent market rate salary depending on experience

LIVE-OUT (preference) OR LIVE-IN

They need someone who can be flexible, hardworking, reliable. It is important you are happy to work in partnership with the parents and be comfortable with the parents. Communication is important to them, and they would like to find a nanny who is happy with open communication where everyone can be clear, polite, and direct.

They appreciate someone who has high attention to detail, can be active and is very knowledgeable so their daughter will thrive in your care.
