Job Title: Rota Nanny/governess (x2)
Location: Chelsea, London + travel
Position Type: Full-time, Rotational (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off)
Start Date: ASAP

Overview:
Our UHNW client is seeking 2 dedicated and experienced Rota Nannies or Nanny/Governesses to join the team and provide exceptional care to a 6-year-old girl. The ideal candidates will have a passion for childcare and education, be highly reliable, and be capable of managing the dynamic needs of a high-net-worth family.

Responsibilities:
- Provide full-time childcare to a 6-year-old girl, ensuring her safety, well-being, and development.
- Maintain a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Accompany the child to school and extracurricular activities as required.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
- Assist with homework and projects as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with the child's parents and household staff, collaborating effectively to meet the family's needs.
- Travel with the child and family, mainly within Europe.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, understanding the sensitive nature of working with a UHNW client.

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a nanny, preferably in a high-net-worth or similar environment.
- Knowledge of child development and best practices in childcare.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) and accommodate occasional overtime as needed.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

- Competitive salary: £70,000-£80,000, with additional overtime pay + bonus.
