Days and hours: 5 days a week, weekdays: 6.30am to 8.30am + 2pm to 8pm. Weekend: 8am to 8pm. 2 days off during the week.
Total hours per week: 50h per week
Start date: ASAP
Salary: USD 65k to 75k per year gross (depending on experience)
Children ages: 3 and 6 years old children
Driver: Driver must, automatic car provided
Travel: A few weeks per year
Accommodation: Ensuite bedroom
Pets: a 10 years old cavalier king charles dog
This San Diego based family is looking for a caring and loving nanny to join them as soon as possible. This is a live-in position, that involves weekend work, you will have 2 days off during the week. Both children go to school and you will be responsible for school runs by car. The role requires all nanny duties, including cooking for the children, cleaning after them, doing their laundry, etc. They employ a housekeeper 2 times a week.
Mum will need you to run some basic errands such as picking up groceries, going to the pharmacy, to the post-office, etc.
Some overnight will be required and will be paid extra. The ideal candidate is empathetic, kind, patient, and with good energy and particular emotional intelligence to understand to children's feelings.
US passport or Right to work in the US is needed in order to apply. Spanish speaker is a big bonus.
