Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a professional Live in Nanny to join their family in Cairo, Egypt to look after their 6 month old daughter. Mum works from home but the role will be sole charge. Mum is really looking for a nanny with good knowledge of child development as well as someone who is happy to travel with the family – mainly to the USA and UK. The family are looking for someone to be with them long term. They currently have a maternity nurse who will be with them until July.


Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom

General duties:
• Nursery duties
• General wellbeing of the child
• Keeping her in good routines
• Meal preparation for the child
• Putting down for naps
• Age appropriate activities
• Fun and educational activities
• Helping her to reach her milestones
• Bath and bedtime routine
• Keeping her areas neat and tidy


Candidate requirements:
• Experience with a child of similar age
• Knowledge of the development of children
• Happy to travel with the family
• Someone who is warm, easy going and not too strict
• Neat and tidy with a good level of English – Arabic or French speaking too would be a bonus
• Good communication skills with mum
• Someone who really engages with children
• Pet friendly – family have a small dog



DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
