Part Time Nanny
This role is your chance to provide exceptional care to three boys, aged 3, 6, and 14, who have been
under the care of English-speaking nannies in recent years. They have a basic understanding of
English and can communicate at a basic level. The family deeply appreciates the Montessori
approach, valuing independence and believing in children's natural eagerness for knowledge. They
seek a nanny who embodies the qualities of compassion, warmth, and heart and can create a
supportive and well-prepared learning environment. The family values a healthy and active lifestyle
with a strong emphasis on enjoying the outdoors. The family follows a vegetarian diet and maintains a
clean and organized household. A cleaner is present for additional household support. The family
does not have any pets and is a non-smoker household.
Key Responsibilities:
? As the heartful nanny, you will provide full-time care for the three boys, working 20 hours per
week, Monday through Friday.
? Your nurturing and educational approach, embracing the Montessori philosophy, will nurture
the children's creativity and independence.
? Planning age-appropriate outdoor activities and outings, fostering a love for the outdoors, and
helping children initiate learning are at the core of your role.
? You will assist with homework, educational activities, recreational play, and preparing
nutritious vegetarian meals for the children.
? You will be responsible for organizing and encouraging the children to attend groups and
classes and developing age and stage-related activities. A family car is available. 
? Additionally, you will communicate with the children in English to facilitate the natural
improvement of their language skills. The parents can communicate with you in either German
or English, according to your preference.
Qualifications:
? As the heartful nanny, you should be a native English speaker with impeccable command of
the language, preferably a native speaker. This position does not require knowledge of the
German language.
? A history of recent and verifiable nanny experience with excellent references is essential.
? Full qualifications in childcare are required.
? Eligibility to work in Germany is a must.
? Possession of a valid driver's license. A family car is available for driving the kids to classes
and outings.
? You should be energetic, creative, and passionate about outdoor activities.
? Tidiness, organization, a positive mindset, and a can-do attitude define you.
? Experience or strong interest in the Montessori approach to education is preferred.
