We are a kind, loving and busy family looking for a part time nanny to work anything from 2 day a week to 4 days a week. We have 4 little ones all under the age of 7 (2 are at school and 1 attends nursery). The baby is one years old.

We would like a nanny who is highly organised and has previous experience of looking after young children. They must be confident in being able to manage nunerous children and be in sole charge at times. We are looking for someone who is calm, efficient, proactive, highly organised and fun with a ‘can do’ attitude to manage/cope with the demands of a busy family - more importantly bring an element of fun for the children.

You must be a driver who is happy to drive a large family car that we will provide for you during working hours . The ideal candidate will be a country lover and be happy to don wellies and be outside.


Duties to include (but not limited to):

Overseeing morning routine - inclusive of helping with Breakfast/school organisation, school/nursery runs

Overseeing already implemented routines

Providing necessary healthy and nutritious snacks/lunch/supper and supporting with dietary needs for the children

Proactive in organising and arranging age appropriate activities/excursions for entertainment

Planning fun and interactive games/activities with the children

Organising playdates with friends and exploring fun locations/things to do

Prioritising the children’s happiness with creative/engaging and entertaining activities/games

Willingness to help with organising necessary equipment/uniform/clothes etc for any activity’s or school things etc

Help with tidying up at end of the day, putting toys away, tidying bedrooms, if there is any washing/laundry that needs sorting or folding and there is time then help with this

If the nanny would like to stay over on the nights she is working then we have a nanny flat that can be used.

During term time the two oldest children will be at school and our 3 year old attends nursery 3 days a week. Therefore there will be some days when you are mostly just looking after the younger two children until the older come home after school. As parents we help out a lot with school runs and bath and bedtime.
