Our very prominent Clients based out in Doha, Qatar, are in need of 2 supremely-experienced and organised Spanish-speaking Nannies to orchestrate the daily lives of their 5 children & to stand as inspirational role models to their charges, ranging from 5 to 13 years old, who are involved in sporting activities be it in school or as extra-curricular activities.

It is imperative for the new Nannies to have notable experience working with multiple siblings, within large households, ideally with VIP/UHNW families in Latin/South America.

The ultimate Spanish-speaking Nannies will exude natural-born authority, whilst not being domineering, in order to instil confidence in the children. With this in mind, the 2 new additions to this prestigious Household will resort to their soft skills, diplomacy and flair, to seamlessly get the children engaged, entertained and content. A good sense of humour as a coping mechanism would be a definite asset in these positions.

The two Nannies sought should be endowed with emotional intelligence to deal with all the facets of the lives of the children, when it comes to the children’s daily lives & social lives as well as in regards to all the pedagogical matters surrounding academia.

These pivotal roles encompass working collaboratively as this is a fully-staffed household. The Nannies will work in sync with the parents and/or with any other private staff handpicked by the family.

These are 6-day-a-week roles, based in Doha (Qatar), with salaries amounting to £ 1000.00 per week. Apartments supplied.

Adhering to confidentiality is non-negotiable in this role as the Principals do value their privacy.

The roles are to start ASAP.

REQUIREMENTS

The duties shall include, but not limited to:

• Experience with UHNW and VIP Principals.
• Experience reporting to high-powered Principals or stakeholders chosen by the family.
• Keeping on top of the children’s daily schedules and social affairs.
• Supporting the children’s daily lives and implementing structure.
• Supporting any ad-hoc tasks.
• Following up with playdates.
• Being confidence-boosters to the children.
• Providing insightful companionship to the children.
• DBS.
• Paediatric first-aid certificate.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in these roles.
• Mastering the Spanish language.
• Experience with multiple siblings.
• Solid working experience with VIP families in Latin/South America.
• An eye for detail, being meticulous and highly organised.
• Fun to be around.
• A positive & helpful outlook.
• Diplomatic skills.
• Excellent communicator.
• Approachable & supportive.
• Not being fazed by last-minute arrangements.
• Acting graciously under pressure.
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree from a prestigious institution renowned worldwide.
