We are a family based in West London and we are looking for someone loving, energetic, reliable, and organized to look after our two kids.

Our daughter is 9 years old in January and our son is just 7 years old. We want to find someone who will connect with the kids, will have a genuine interest in their well-being, learning, and development, and who can teach them good behavior and manners. For us, it is equally important that the children are loved and have fun as it is that they are well-behaved and understand boundaries. We are looking for someone to be a part of the family.

This is a full-time live-out position, with specific hours/schedule to be discussed (e.g., some days of the week could be 745-1900 and other days of the week could be 1300-1900 during term time, with more hours during school holidays). The position starts ASAP but it is most important to us to find the right fit with a nanny.

The main tasks would include: Drop off and pick up to school and activities; helping with homework; organising fun and educational activities during school breaks; encouraging learning, good behavior, and manners; preparing varied and healthy meals; helping the kids get ready for bed; organising the kids' play area, rooms, and equipment and keeping things tidy; cleaning the kitchen area after kids’ meals; etc. Since both children are in school during the day and the position is full-time, we are looking for someone who is interested in doing PA work as both parents are busy professionals. PA work would primarily involve managing the household: organising and liaising with cleaning person and contractors, returning purchased items, doing the food shop, picking up dry cleaning, proactively noting things around the house that need maintenance and organising for this to happen, etc.

Up to date first aid course, DBS checks, and clean driving license are required. Excellent English is important. Because our son needs support managing his emotions, special needs experience is a plus.
