Real Nannies are looking for a reliable and active daily nanny for a busy family with three school-aged children in W8 Kensington. All of the children are in full time school, so term time the role is 3pm-7.30pm (22.5 hours per week) and in the holidays the hours are 9am-6pm (50 hours per week.)

The ideal candidate would be someone who is confident, bubbly, organised and able to work as a team alongside the family’s other nanny who has been with the family for 4.5 years. The family very educationally focused are looking for someone who is able to help and encourage the children with their homework and music practice. They are looking for an active and sporty nanny who can keep up with the two older boys and really genuinely enjoys their energy.

The role involves:

• Picking up the two eldest boys from school and walking them home
• Supervising, helping and encouraging the children with their homework
• Supervise music practice
• Firm but fair, able to easily deal with and honour each of the children’s individual emotions
• Keeping the children active and engaged with no screen time during the week
• During school holidays the role will progress to a full-time position where you will be responsible for all 3 children alongside the other nanny/housekeeper

The family have described themselves as a fun, close nit, routine-based family. On the weekends all the children play sports and they love to spend time as a family of five. They are looking for someone to be with them long-term and are offering a salary of £30,000-£37,000 gross per year.
