This lovely family is looking for a proactive and high energy nanny to help care for their three children. Care will be predominantly focused on their 2yr old son but there may be occasions where the nanny will have sole charge of the newborn or all three children when mum needs to pop out for errands etc. - so experience with multiple children and newborns is essential! They are looking for someone who is proactive, uses their initiative and can get on with the role. The 2 year old goes to nursery for 3 mornings a week when the nanny will be responsible for the newborn care, preparing meals and helping out with occasional errands. They'd love for the nanny to be proactive with a nanny network to support social development through play dates etc.
Their son has a sesame allergy, so the ideal candidate would need to be aware and comfortable working with allergies.
Nanny duties would include: preparing healthy meals and snacks, occasional school runs for the eldest, creating fun activities and play time for the children, following the children's care routines and taking the children to classes. The nanny would also be required to complete basic grocery shopping, household errands, walking the dog and helping to keep the house organised, clean and tidy between the housekeepers' days. There are no laundry or deep cleaning requirements.
The family would like their new nanny to occasionally travel with them and on the rare occasion proxy parenting when both parents are away so the nanny must be competent in their abilites.
