We are currently assisting our clients who are a young and lovely family who live in Hackney near London Fields. They are looking for an experienced Housekeeper/Nanny on a part time basis 3/4 days per week. They can be flexible on some of the days but definitely need the Monday and Friday. The ideal person will be friendly, outgoing, energetic and happy to work in a household where mum does quite a lot with her daughter but on times when she needs you to care for her daughter you must be confident and able to follow the routine that has been implemented. You must also have a good command of English as the baby who is now nearly 8 months old is starting to learn her first words, hold a current DBS, First Aid and be a Non Smoker. Someone who is happy to take care of the house and the housekeeping is quite a big part of the role probably split 60% housekeeping and 40% childcare. It is not a formal household but needs someone confident to look after it who will do the house work and use their own initiative, run errands, check if the fridge is running low, post a parcel but also someone who loves to cook although they are not fussy eaters and are flexible on this, they just need someone who can follow a recipe and prepare about 2 meals per week. Someone who can also prepare fresh and healthy food for the baby. You must be confident with babies/children and who will do activities based on the age. They really are a delight to work for and I would highly recommend.
