About us:
We are a welcoming family based in the lovely village of Barby, Warwickshire CV23. We are keen to find a professional, loving, part-time, daily nanny to care for our two boys aged 7 years and 3 years.

We have previously employed a Nanny and really value someone who can bring a positive, child-focused approach. We need a nanny who is calm and organised who can provide structure and fun for our sons.

Our eldest is fascinated by space and loves to play outdoors, especially on his bike. He has recently enjoyed planting and growing things in the garden which has tweaked his interest in healthy food options: We are keen to encourage this! He attends a local school and as well as speaking English, understands Mandarin. Our youngest is a bundle of fun, dynamic, daring and a good playmate for his older brother.

We are both professionals working in the education and engineering sectors.
We love the boys to get out and about- visiting local parks and attractions, so a nanny who is a confident, safe driver with own insured vehicle is essential. Preparation of snacks and light lunches, but generally no cooking required. Some cleaning is needed but tidying and organising the boys things and progressing laundry is appreciated. That said, the well-being of the boys is our top priority (At the end of the day, given a choice, we would much rather be handed two happy, contented boys than a stack of neatly folded T-shirts)!

Salaried role, negotiable (dependant upon experience and skills) paid via PAYE up to £12 per hour *gross* plus working-hours mileage compensated and contribution to pension.


Our requirements:

Our general needs are as follows;

- Term time: 3 days a week 8 to 5pm
- School holidays: 4 days a week 8.30 to 4.30
