A family currently living in Putney are looking for an experienced nanny to start from July 2020 looking after their 12 month old child.The family are moving to Ravenscourt Park in April 2021. It is important the nanny is aware and happy with this. They are looking for a nanny who is kind, affectionate and fun to look after their 1yr old girl.

This is a live out role and can be either 40 hours a week over 4 days (Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm) or spread out over 5 days dependent on the preference of the nanny. Mum will be working from home and predicts she will not always need the nanny for these hours as she is a hands on mum so there may be some early finishes but she will still pay the nanny for 40 hours a week. There will also be some shared care in this role as mum enjoys spending time with her child but overall it is a sole charge role. The nanny must be comfortable having mum working from home.

The ideal nanny should be fun and caring. Child learning (Montessori) is appealing to the family but the nanny needn't have formal training. The family respect the principles of attached parenting and this is the style they like to adapt in parenting. They are looking for a nanny to join the family for the longevity.

The nanny must have experience with babies, with knowledge of age appropriate activities and development stages. The ideal nanny will also be confident, proactive and organised.

Essential requirements for the family:

Previous childcare experience with this age group
Someone who is passionate about working with children
A good understanding of child development and the timeline of developmental milestones
