I am looking to hire a full-time nanny/housekeeper to look after our now 4-month old daughter and carry out the necessary house-related chores.

The nanny part of the role will include traditional childcare duties such as creating a safe, comforting and stimulating environment, baby dressing, changing diapers, organizing meals and feeding, playtime, educational activities and crafts, scheduling and attending external activities and playdates - all with loving care. We do like to keep a daily log so you will be expected to maintain this.

The housekeeping part of the role will include normal household chores like grocery shopping (receiving Ocado mainly), small family errands, emptying the trash, loading and unloading the dishwasher, laundry and ironing, help with meal preparation and keeping the house clean and tidy.
Our daughter is currently on a regular feeding schedule and we have consistent playtime and development activities throughout the day. We (husband is American and I am Spanish) are raising our daughter to be bilingual and are also looking for someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English. Our house is a 3-bedroom flat arranged over two floors and is well-maintained. It is very close (less than 5 mins walk) to all the needed amenities including grocers, pharmacies, doctors, parks, and transport.

The hours will be 8 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday as my husband and I both work full time during the week. I am currently on maternity leave until September so it will be good to spend time together and get to know the baby and what we expect for the child and the house.
We would expect you to have experience with children under 1 so you can aide in their developmental needs and can be with us for the long term. You should be reliable and have references for us to contact. You should demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and be able to communicate well and get along with our family.
