Super practical Live In helper required!

We are looking for someone to be a general all round family help.
Our daughter is aged 11 & sons aged 9 & 3.

Roles would include:
Some school runs to Canterbury 8am and 4/5pm
Helping with homework
Helping with youngest in day
To be very flexible with hours and times
Cooking - to be able to help the children have a healthy balanced diet.
Possibly occasional shopping.
Light housework and clearing up after children.
Run errands such as dry cleaning / post office.
Some family PA roles such as booking tables, activities and dealing with company PA / diary management.
Good with animals as have horses stabled at home as daughter rides so that it would be useful for someone to be able to be confident around so can help her if needed.
Odd stable duties to assist daughter or sole care whilst we are away.
Occasional dog sitting.
We are looking for a very energetic and practical person as children are outdoors kids!
Happy to travel with us when we go skiing to help with childcare (usually in Europe) and possibly other family holidays.
We anticipate that the most needed time would be early mornings 7-10 and school pick up and bed time - 4ish-8ish as this would be the time for helping with clubs, dinner, homework, baths, reading and bedtime etc. But also to do at least one full day (say 8-5) per week. Also would be required to do some evening babysitting and odd hours at weekends.
Live in accommodation is brand new separate building but close to house. Includes own kitchen, bathroom, lounge and large dressing area with double bedroom. Includes all utility bills.
So hours are flexible but contract would be based around 40hrs pw.
Salary approx £20k per year including car/insurance and fuel.
Would need to be a confident driver as live in rural location!
