Job in Private Family: Start December 2019 (latest January 2020)

Position: Permanent Daily or Residential EMT Nanny- 1 boy, sole charge (EMT only)

Nanny required to help care for a little boy born February 2016 (3 years and a half). The role will be sole charge, working 35 hours per week during term time and 50 hours per week during school holidays. Accommodation, if required, will comprise a self-contained small room on the sixth floor of the family’s building, with private kitchen and shower but shared bathroom. A driver is not essential, with our family home conveniently located in central Paris, between Notre Dame and Pantheon. We live on the 5th floor with no lift and our son's school is 20 minute walking away (with no other mean of transportation than walking). Holiday travel may be required, including typical destinations such as Chamonix, Bordeaux and Narbonne and we also employ a cleaner three times per week.

We are searching for a professional, organised and caring nanny, with experience of looking after children of a similar age. The little boy is happy and healthy, in a good routine, at a Montessori school during the week. The right candidate will fit in with our family, loving nature and music, maintaining the little boy’s routine (family have a no screen, no sugar policy). The role will include typical nursery duties, preparing healthy meals, and organising age appropriate activities. The role also includes light housekeeping duties with minor house chores (the main ones will be done by the cleaning lady).

We will also offer the successful candidate minimum 35 days annual leave plus bank holidays each year.
