LIVE-IN MOTHER’S HELP

We are seeking a capable, approachable and well-presented mother’s help with excellent organisational skills to join our busy family home, close to Chipping Norton in North Oxfordshire.

The role will be varied to suit the daily changing needs of the family but will include organisational and administration for the family, some elements of housekeeping, driving where necessary and day to day assistance with the children. The house already has existing staff and this role will need to assist those staff in their specific duties whilst coordinating at all times with the employers. The ideal candidate will be a flexible, hard-working, multi-tasker with a happy, calm and efficient personality. Some basic experience with hospitality would be useful and a full driving license is essential.

Administration duties to include, handling household financial paperwork, planning/organising of employers, household staff and children’s’ school diaries (IT skills are essential) and smoothly handling all the day to day matters that inevitably arise in a busy home.

Salary will be matched to the flexibility and skills of the successful candidate. This position includes a separate residential property close to the family home and a car will be provided if necessary.
