A loving, fun and energetic sole-charge nanny is needed to join a lovely Christian family caring for their two gorgeous children (boy 2 years and girl 9 months) in Warwickshire. The family would like a nanny that is happy to support the children’s Christian faith.
The nanny must value and understand that safety is always of the highest priority. The nanny will love the outdoors, have a hands-on approach, be organised and will take absolute pride in the children’s welfare and development.
The nanny must be a confident cook, as the nanny will be required to prepare all the children’s meals, keep their bedroom and play area clean and tidy and provide a stimulating environment that will encourage both the toddler and the baby to learn and grow.
This full-time live-in role is Monday – Friday from 7am – 7pm.
This role requires a nanny that is happy to be flexible. The nanny will have an opportunity to have a break during the day whilst the baby and toddler have their naps. The family would like the nanny to babysit one evening a week as part of the salary. The family may request occasional help over a weekend. This will be arranged in advance and will be remunerated as agreed between the family and nanny.
The family is offering a salary of £22000 - £26000 gross per year (dependent on the nanny).
Food and accommodation will be provided, and the nanny will have their own bedroom with a shared bathroom, Internet and a TV will be supplied in the nannies’ room.
The nanny may be asked to travel with the family within the UK and must be happy to be around pets. The family is looking to welcome a nanny that would like to become a part of their family and is looking to stay long term.
The nanny must be a competent driver and hold a full driving licence. The family will provide their automatic car for the nanny to use. The family would like the nanny to be willing to become Ofsted registered and have childcare qualifications.
The family would like a couple of days for a trial period and the start date will depend on how soon the trial days can be arranged.
The following requirements must be met:
Must be a competent driver that is happy to drive little ones around
Must be safety conscious and able to use own initiative
Must be legally allowed to work in the UK
Relevant sole charge childcare experience with babies and toddlers
An up to date Paediatric First Aid training/certificate
An up to date Enhanced DBS Certificate stating Child Workforce
Three written childcare references that may be contacted
Public Liability Insurance (nanny insurance) or happy to obtain
If you meet all the above requirements and would like to apply, please do not hesitate to contact Christian Nannies.
Unfortunately, we are not able to respond to every application. Blessings, Christian Nannies
