Nanny Profile: Experienced with age group, Montessori training or proven experience working as Montessori nanny or educator, loving and kind, child centered, engaging and pro-active
Nanny Duties: Engage in creative play and activities, implement Montessori practices and activities in daily routines and play, nurture natural curiosity and independence, manage daily care tasks such as feeding, nappy changing, and nap schedules, communicate effectively with parents about the child's progress and activities. all usual nursery duties

A family in Highgate are looking for an experienced Montessori nanny who can become part of the family long-term and support their son with his development. It's important that the nanny has extensive knowledge and experience working with the Montessori method and intuitively implements the principles. Someone able to nurture curiosity, gently encourage independence, arrange Montessori activities in the home and explore the outside world is key.

Person Specification:
Fluent level of spoken English or French
Solid experience with age group
Montessori trained and/or experience working in a Montessori setting
Positive can-do attitude and pro-acrive
Discreet and professional
Excellent communication skills

Job Requirements:
An Enhanced DBS Check issued in the last year, or willing to get one
Proof of UK Right to Work status
A valid pediatric first aid certificate, or willing to get one
Minimum 2 checkable references
