We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny/PA to join a prominent UHNW family in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to oversee the care and administrative needs of five children, with a primary focus on the eldest child aged 14. This role requires a long-term commitment to support the child through their GCSEs and university applications. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with teenagers and possess strong PA skills from past roles.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support for the family, with a primary focus on the eldest child's academic and extracurricular activities.
2. Oversee the care and well-being of the eldest child, including academic support, scheduling, and emotional guidance.
3. Coordinate with the other nanny to ensure seamless care for the other children. 4. Assist with household errands and organization as needed.
5. Accompany the family on domestic and international travel.
6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience working as a Nanny/PA, with a focus on teenagers. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to commit to a minimum of 2-3 years with the family.
5. Flexibility to work 5-6 days a week with hours approximately from 12 pm to 6 pm during term time and longer days during holidays.
6. Availability to trial in May/June with an August start date.
8. Comfortable to travel with the family.
9. Ability to work well with others in a fully staffed household. 10. Must be a native English speaker
