Super family in Willesden Green/ Kilburn area are looking for a sole charge educationally focussed after school nanny

Two adorable , super smart children need the support of a dynamic, educationally focused fun nanny to help bring them on , helping with homework and engaging them with fun educationally focused play to help them hit their developmental milestones. The little girl is artistic and very creative, as well as into dancing and music, the little boy is into sports and engineering/ science and maths and lego! We are looking for someone to build on these interests and develop them! Educational background would be a huge bonus. Main focus is the children, but also there are some simple household admin tasks as well, eg. Ordering uniforms, sorting out Car MOT’s/ online shopping etc help with school pick ups, over see homework, the children’s supper and bed/bath routine

The family also have a housekeeper / nanny who does the morning drop offs so you will be working as part of a team.
The parents can also offer overtime in the form of extra hours on Sunday mornings and babysitting. Or PA duties for the household

General duties:
• All childcare duties on sole charge basis
• School runs and taking to activities-(car provided to use)
• Actively engage with the children, assist with homework and make sure they are on top of everything to do with school.
• cooking for the children ( Not essential)
• Unpacking and packing school bags
• Support age-appropriate play activities to encourage development.
• Overseeing bed and bath routine.

Candidate requirements:
• A childcare degree and teaching /Educational background is preferred
• ESSENTIAL you are a Confident Driver – Nanny car provided for work use
• Firm but fun and a good role model for the children
• happy , bubbly and positive personality
• Must have recent experience working with similar age groups

DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
