Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated team of two staff members to oversee the care and administration of five children in Abu Dhabi. This unique opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who excel in roles such as Nanny, Governess, Governor or PA. Each candidate will be responsible for specific children within the family, working collaboratively to ensure the well-being and development of all. The children are between 2-15 years old. Experience with teens is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide full-time care and supervision for specific children within the family.
2. Create nurturing and stimulating environments conducive to each child's growth and development.
3. Coordinate with the other team member to ensure consistency in routines and care across all children.
4. Collaborate with parents to address any concerns and provide regular updates on children's progress.
5. Assist with daily activities, including school drop-offs/pick-ups, homework assistance, and extracurricular activities.
6. Manage administrative tasks related to children's schedules, appointments, and activities.
7. Foster a positive and supportive team dynamic, working together to provide the best care for all children.
8. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in childcare roles such as Nanny, Governess, or Governor.
2. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
3. Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
6. Commitment to a long-term role, with a minimum commitment of 2 years.
7. Willingness to live-in and work in Abu Dhabi.
8. Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
