Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 gross per annum (DOE)

Children Age: 7, 5, 2.5 and 1 years old

Intervals of pay: Monthly

Notice Period: Statutory notice period during probation, two months upon successful completion of probation

Working Days & hours: Four days a week (between Monday and Friday - Wednesday must be one of the days), 7am to 7pm

Start Date: ASAP or up until June

Job Summary: A lovely family located in Morton-in-Marsh is looking for an experienced, calm and organised nanny to care for their four children. As of September, two of the children will be in full time school and one will be in preschool, so there will be downtime with just the youngest. Although the children are at school the nanny would be confident and able to take on all sole charge duties of the children as both parents work full time.

The family are looking for the nanny to join them four days a week a can be flexible on the days but would require on of the days to fall on a Wednesday. The family are also open to both live in and live out and can offer private accommodation for the nanny to stay in when working.

General duties:
• Getting the children dressed and making sure they have breakfast in the morning
• School runs and taking the children to activities, playdates etc
• Playing at home, attending groups and supporting youngest with their learning and development
• Playing outside and exploring nature - someone who is happy getting muddy, digging and den building would be suitable
• Supporting with homework
• Undertaking nursery duties laundry, wardrobe and toy management – family also have a housekeeper
• Cooking for the children and preparing snacks

Accommodation: Nanny cottage that can be used on the nights the nanny is working - it has a full kitchen, living room, garden, ensuite and double bedroom


Candidate requirements:
• Must have experience working as a nanny and caring for similar ages
• Confident and experienced driver is required – car provided for work purposes
• A native English speaker is required
• The family have a cat so the suitable candidate must be pet friendly
• The family are looking for a nanny who is incredibly organised, calm, someone who has worked with multiple children for long periods of time and someone who wants to be a part of their family


DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
