A welcoming family in Mortlake are looking for a fun and reliable nanny to join them before their daughter starts school in September. Both parents have busy roles so they need someone able to help with the after school hours term time for four days a week and then cover full time school holiday hours for 9 weeks of the year across 5 days.
They are happy to pro-rata the salary so you will be paid the same each month, regardless of whether shorter term time hours or longer holiday hours.
The school is a walk away so no driver needed, but they do have parking available if someone wants to drive to work. If someone lived locally, that would be preferred.
The main duties would be to collect G4 from school, help with homework and any extracurriculars and can be proactive in ensuring she has uniform/bags packed for the next day. They want someone engaging and fun but empathetic to the hurdles of starting school life and able to guide her. G4 has a great sense of humour and she likes baking, reading and horses.
They would like someone who can be flexible as parents sometimes have longer working days but mostly home by 6pm so it would allow for some other duties to be covered.
Duties to include: School pick ups, preparing healthy meals and snacks, keeping child's and communal areas clean and tidy, dishwasher, child's laundry and some batch-cooking if time allows.
