Hours: 10 hours per day
Position Overview: A family are seeking a nurturing and experienced daily nanny to care for their 2 young children, a 3-year-old girl and a 1.5-year-old boy, during their summer stay in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning engaging activities and outings to ensure our children have a fun and enriching summer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide attentive and loving care for a 3-year-old girl and 1.5-year-old boy.
2. Plan age-appropriate activities to promote learning, creativity, and physical development.
3. Take the children on outings to parks, museums, and other fun places in London and the countryside.
4. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
5. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children at all times.
6. Follow any specific instructions or routines provided by the parents.
7. Communicate regularly with the parents regarding the children's activities and any concerns.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a nanny essential and ideally a degree in Education or equivalent.
2. Genuine love for children and a nurturing personality.
3. Ability to engage children in educational and recreational activities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Reliable and punctual.
6. Paediatric first aid certificate.
Additional Information:
• The family cannot supply accommodation in London. They will offer own bedroom and bathroom in their country home.
• The nanny will be expected to work 10 hours per day, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
