Junior Nanny required for a lovely international family based in Dubai with lots of travel to their second homes in London and south of France plus travel to other destinations.
The family are looking for a nanny for their 2.5 year old girl but you will be required to look after the little boy aged 1 when his big sister starts school in September . Currently the Filipino housekeeper/Nanny is taking care of the baby. You will only be responsible for one child at a time.
We are hoping to find a positive, cheerful, kind, organised and reliable nanny (a non-smoker), preferably under 26 years old and someone with no commitments as the family would love to find a long term Nanny or a Nanny willing to work for more than one year. A EU passport required for travelling. A visa for Dubai will be discussed and arranged by the family.
The Nanny must speak English and have a DBS check, paediatric First Aid qualification and checkable references. Experience and qualifications preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
We would like someone outgoing and able take the little girl/boy to activities and classes, nurture their interests, encourage their social and educational development.
The Nanny will be responsible for the children’s laundry and also the care of her bedroom and play areas and keeping them organised and tidy. The housekeeper will also help with laundry. You will be required to help with the packing and unpacking of suitcases when travelling and using your initiative to pack the necessary items needed for the trips. The children are very sweet, intelligent, friendly and kind natured and we would love to find a genuine, calm, gentle and loving Nanny. You must also be happy to work when the parents are around but also comfortable working sole charge when the parents are working outside of the home.
The family will be travelling to London at the start of December and would like a Nanny to trial during this time. Successful applicants are welcome to begin work ASAP and either stay in London or travel over Christmas/New year before returning to Dubai early January. Or you can start in January in Dubai. There will be a hand over period with the current Nanny who has worked for the family for almost 3 years and loves the position but unfortunately is leaving as she would like to get married.
