We are looking for an after school nanny to look after our two children, a boy aged 7 and a girl aged 5: Monday - Thursday from 2.00 p.m - 7.00 p.m. If you are available full days during school holidays that would be great, but not absolutely necessary. We do need a driver, for school pick up (one in Belsize Park, one in Marylebone), but have a car we can insure you on to use, and subject to availability you will be able to use this on weekends/ holidays.
The job will involve picking our children up from school (they are at different schools) supervising and helping with their homework each day, cooking their dinner, bathing them and getting ready for bed, organizing and supervising any after school playdates, playing with them, light housework just relating to the children (helping them tidy the playroom and their bedrooms, putting away their laundry etc) and helping them organize their belongings for school the next day.
We are based in Belsize Park, North West London, 2 minute walk from Belsize Park Tube and near to Swiss Cottage for bus transfer.
We are looking for a sensible, organized and extremely reliable person, but someone who is caring and nurturing. Our last nanny was with us for 6 years, the children adored her, she only left to have a baby so we want someone who can be an integral part of our family as she was. We are both busy, working parents so need someone we can absolutely rely on to take care of them. Please get in touch if this suits. Thank you.
