After School Nanny / Princess Frederica (Kensal Green)

Job Description:

We are looking for a nanny to care for our child after school/nursery 5 days per week during term time, and full time during most of the school holidays.
We are a family based in Kensal Green, just off the junction of Bathurst Gardens and All Souls Avenue, with a 3½-year-old boy.
The hours during term time would be 3pm to 6/6.30pm Monday to Friday (min.15-17.5 hours/week). During school holidays, the hours would be 8.30/9am to 5:30/6pm (42.5 hours/week).

Duties:

• Collecting one child from Princess Frederic nursery at 3pm
• Take the child to any organised after-school activities (eg music) and arranging activities for the child (eg park, play dates, reading, writing, painting, colouring in)
• Homework supervision
• Cooking supper for the child

Further details:

• We are looking for a nurturing, loving and fun person who will stimulate the child’s social development through conversation and play, and help consolidate learning after school/nursery
• Full time cover will be required for most of the school holidays, less around 4/5 weeks/year when parents will take their annual leave
• We could look into nanny sharing in order to boost hours or hourly rate if interested
• £10-£12 depending on experience
• Role to commence w/c 4th of September
• First aid certificate and recent DBS check required, Ofsted registration ideal
• Legal entitlement to work in the UK required
