We are looking for a full-time nanny to look after our twin 12-mo olds when mum goes back to work. We have had a variety of childcare over the past year but are looking for a more permanent position. The basic requirements for this position include:

• 45-50 hours per week
• A-level (or equivalent) or higher; advanced studies in early childhood development, education and/or nutrition are all a plus
• Non-smoker
• Experience with twins
• Good communicator
• Flexible with scheduling when necessary and when given plenty of notice
• Able to lift two 1-yr old babies at a time

This role will be very collaborative with the mother even though she will be back at work. For a successful working relationship we would expect the following in addition to the above:
• Happy to work with a very hands-on mum
• Comfortable with older children (there are 5 older siblings ranging in age from 14-year old twins to 21yrs old)
• Willing to travel
• Willing to get dirty
• Enjoys food, comfortable in the kitchen and able to follow a recipe
• Excited to introduce children to a range of sports and activities
• Interested in exploring our backyard, our neighbourhood and greater London
