My husband and I are looking for a smart, empathetic, flexible and professional nanny to care for our 6-month-old daughter starting in March/April 2016. Must be a native English speaker (of any dialect / background - I am American, my husband English). In addition to experience and strong references, the ideal nanny will also have a sense of humour and initiative, a calm demeanour and excellent listening skills. Regular hours would be 8am-8pm Mon-Thur; must also be comfortable being flexible on days / times worked, staying overnight on occasion and travelling, including internationally, given appropriate advance notice and compensation.
