URGENT – Childcare needed in Surbiton (KT6)

Friendly a lovely family based in Surbiton are looking for after school childcare help (part time nanny, au-pair or active granny) starting from October 2015. The position mainly involves collecting (car will be provided) our 5 and 8 years old girls from school in Thames Ditton (KT7) at 3:30pm - 4:00pm and looking after them in our own home until 7:00pm Monday to Friday.

If you are also available to drop our girls to school would be great but not essential and can me mutually agreed.

We are looking for a responsible and kind person to be at home for them, help and supervise that they do homework and make their dinner during term times. Make sure the house is kept tidy and clean at the end of the afternoon. Availability to do extra hours during school holidays would be ideal - this would be more hours than the usual school weeks but not necessarily full time and can be agreed in advance. Someone who can drive, has a DBS check (or willing to undertake) and is local to Surbiton would be ideal.

You need to be a driver (clean licence) and a non-smoker! Fluent English a core requirement – would consider as a second language as long as this is fluent written and spoken. If you are also fluent in Italian would be great!

This position is live out - so perhaps would suit a person who is looking for extra income in addition to their position.
