Professional, friendly, down-to-earth British/American family seeking full time live out nanny for 8 month old son. The ideal candidate will be warm, loving and kind, fun, flexible and sensible.

Working hours: Monday-Friday. A typical day would be 8am until 18:00-20:00, varying day to day based on parents' work schedules. Flexibility required to work until later in the evening mid-week on occasion when parents need to work late. Saturday night babysitting 2x per month to be discussed, but not essential.

Duties entail sole charge of our 8 month old son:
- organising day to day activities, providing a good balance of independent play and age-appropriate activities and experiences, and lots of time outdoors
- maintaining a consistent routine
- consistent respectful but firm guidance on manners and discipline
- cooking fresh, healthy meals for our son
- typical nursery duties

We are looking for a nanny with a long term time horizon to prepare our son for school over the next 2-3 years and stay with us as our family grows.
