We are looking for a loving, efficient, organise, full of life individual. our boy 4 and girl 3 go to school / nursey 4.5 days a week so we are looking for a nanny / housekeeper we are happy for standard hours weekly or reduced hours term time. The nanny will be required to prepare home cooked evening meals and it is important to us that when they return from school the next couple hours are fun of full and adventure so ideally this will all be prepared. We do require the time when the children are at home to be about them. We feel very strongly about good manners ... please and thank you, boundaries but these children are used to being kissed, cuddled and loved. They are active and love the outdoors, loving music, dancing, adventures and show great interest in the world around them. I am not a big fan of time outs but discussions but do expect good behaviour. This would be discussed and agreed with the nanny. I don't like a free for all in the playroom but a system of play and put away toys with a general appreciation for everyone and everything around them. My biggest hope for them is happiness and stability. We are a loving family unit and very appreciative of those helping us.
