We are a professional couple with a 14 month old little boy.

We are friendly and warm family, who would like to welcome into our home the right nanny to care for our son 5 days a week and build a close bond with him.

Our son is a very active, happy little guy who has just learned to walk. He is very sociable and cheery, and has been attending nursery, which he has loved.

We are looking for a reliable, caring and enthusiastic nanny to work on a full time basis (approx 7:30/8am - 6:30pm on Mondays - Fridays) with some flexibility required to provide sole care to our 14 month old little boy in our home. There would also be ocassional babysitting (usually1-2 times/month max)

Formal qualifications are a bonus, but of utmost importance is a geniuine interest in children, reliability and a caring, loving disposition, with the desire to build a lasting and close bond with our son. Ideally we would like to find the right person to remain with us over the long term - over a number of years to provide stability for our son, our nanny and for us (with the potential to care for any future, as yet unplanned children too!).

The ideal candidate will be proactive, kind and reliable with lots of common sense, who takes the initiative and ownership in looking after our son and his needs.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with our local area and keen to take our son to local playgroups etc to enable him to socialise and play with other children and experience new things.

Nursery duties would be required, as well as some housework and regularly cooking fresh healthy meals for our son.

We have a cat at home (our first baby!)
